Meet Our Maintenance Team

At Ocala Leasing, LLC, our dedicated Maintenance Team is made up of three highly experienced technicians — Tyesha Williams, Mike Viana, and Jose Medellin — who are committed to delivering the quality service our residents have come to expect. With extensive knowledge in residential maintenance operations, the team works diligently to ensure homes are maintained to the highest standards while responding promptly and professionally to resident needs.


Tyesha Williams brings valuable technical expertise and hands-on experience in maintenance operations, while Mike Viana and Jose Medellin contribute strong operational support, attention to detail, and a resident-focused approach to service. Together, the team plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of our communities.


Their continued focus on preventive maintenance, efficient service execution, and exceptional customer service helps enhance the overall resident experience and quality of life throughout our portfolio.
